About this Event
International Women’s Day celebrates the organized efforts for equality, safety and inclusion by members of diverse women-identified groups. Over the years they have raised their voices and engaged in the work necessary to make changes in neighbourhoods and workplaces here at home and globally.
Our theme for 2026 is “Women Building Community” and honours these collective energies that have served to make our world more responsive to women’s needs.
The event features guest speakers, group activities, light lunch, music, and local organization information tables. Come and celebrate the day with us!
