Hosted in Downtown Boston, this exciting event will feature a short Town Hall-style panel discussion with inspiring change makers, leaders, and professionals who will share their journeys, followed by a networking reception. Dr. Charlotte de Brabandt is a globally recognized technology and negotiation expert, author, and keynote speaker celebrated for her leadership in procurement, digital transformation, and future skills. She brings over a decade of international experience across industries such as automotive, technology, medical devices, and consumer goods, and today serves as Head of IT Partner Management & Head of IT Governance US at ZF Group. Charlotte is a published author on negotiation and leadership, a TEDx speaker, and an ISM® 30 Under 30 Megawatt Winner. She also sits on the Institute for Supply Management Thought Leadership Council and advises global diversity and procurement initiatives. Known for her inspiring global keynotes, Charlotte speaks on thriving in a technology-driven world, inclusive leadership, and empowering the next generation of professionals. Multilingual and multicultural, she connects with audiences around the world to champion innovation, resilience, and positive change.
