International Nanny Training Day (iNNTD) 2025 is the ultimate gathering for nannies looking to enhance their skills and connect with fellow childcare professionals. Caregivers from Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, The Finger Lakes region, and beyond are encouraged to join us at Western New York's first iNNTD event hosted by Flower City Nannies in Rochester, NY! Join us at The Hive ROC, an incredible (and gorgeous!) co-working space for women, for a day filled with workshops, networking opportunities, and fun activities! Speaker sessions include car seat safety with hands-on installastion and harnessing practice, nanny contract basics, safe sleep for infants, self-care for the caregiver, managing caregiver burnout, building healthy relationships with your nanny families, intro to travel-nannying mini session, and more. Coffee, tea, lunch, and snacks will be provided for you, as well as a certificate of participation to add to your professional development portfolio and resume.
