Elizabeth Agrapidis, PT, MS, MPT, C/NDT:

She is building this active community to change the futures of children, families & caregivers by learning specific, scientific ways to connect and unblock a baby’s brain/body communication and create the best developmental experiences that will set them up for success in a simple sequence!

Her growing movement is called AbiliFit Pediatric Development Specialists and The Neuro-Play Method ®. Her mission is to promote the Abilities for professionals, babies, and their families to result in way fewer healthy babies having preventable issues that cause difficulty, stress, & the need for therapies! #thebabiesalwayswin

The Power of Caregivers: Shaping Children's Sense of Self

This presentation explores how caregiver interactions shape a child's inner voice, self-perception, and emotional development. It emphasizes that behavior is a form of communication influenced by brain development and unmet needs rather than intentional misbehavior. Caregivers play a crucial leadership role, impacting children through their words, tone, and reactions. By reflecting inward, understanding the reasons behind behaviors, and modeling positive responses, caregivers can foster confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence in children. The session encourages shifting from controlling behavior to nurturing a supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered.

Noa Stisin:

Before becoming a parent, I promised myself I would raise my children differently than I was raised. But once my daughter was born, I found myself falling into the same patterns I had grown up with. That’s when I discovered Parenting Coaching. I was committed to breaking the cycle and building a different kind of relationship with my children—one rooted in connection, understanding, and unconditional love.

Through my training, I learned how to set boundaries with empathy, connect with my child without shouting, and truly understand children's brains and nervous systems—so different from those of adults. Now, I help other parents and caregivers do the same. My mission is to empower caregivers with the tools to build healthy, loving relationships with their children, fostering resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence in the next generation.

Together, we will break the cycle!
