This day also serves as an opportunity to raise awareness about important issues affecting men’s physical and mental health — from the importance of early detection and understanding of prostate cancer, to encouraging open conversations about mental wellbeing, and fostering a culture where men feel supported to live healthy, fulfilling lives.
