About this Event
We'd like to invite everyone to celebrate International Men's Day with us! This event aims to brings together inspiring speakers to open up discussions on men’s mental health, resilience, and personal growth.
All funds raised will be donated to the Headlight Project, an organisation dedicated to reducing suicide rates in the Tees Valley area through bereavement therapy and preventative education.
Our Speakers:
- Joe Hilton – Author, Speaker, and Self-help Coach who specialises in realistic, relatable self-help. Joe empowers others through his public speaking, coaching, and unique personal growth journals designed for well-being.
- Anthony Hutton – Founder & CEO of the Never Throw In The Towel Project. Anthony is a passionate advocate for men’s mental health and suicide prevention, and a keynote speaker. As a barber and educator, who combines his skills to address issues facing men today.
- Anne Cullum – CEO of the Headlight Project, an organisation founded in memory of Russ Devereux. Anne’s mission is to reduce suicide rates in Tees Valley, offering support to those affected by suicide and providing critical preventative education.
- John Beamson – Founder of The CEO Adventurer. John helps leaders build resilience through experiential adventures, focusing on mental wellbeing, perseverance, and personal growth.
- Imran Anwar – Founder and CEO of Alt Labs and Flok Co-working Space. Imran wants to share his journey through mental health challenges while building his career.
Entry requires a £5 donation on the evening of the 19th of November, with all proceeds going to support the Headlight Project's invaluable work in our community.
