After years of facilitating Women's Circles, I felt the need to create an equal safe space for men, and thus, I am excited to announce the launch of my first Men's Circle in Denmark!As a life and relationship coaching therapist , I've witnessed the incredible transformations, support, and growth that women experience in these circles. Now, it's time to extend the invitation to men from all walks of life.
Why Men's Circles?
Because it's time for men to sit together in a safe space, dismantling stereotypes, and putting aside masks and armours. Here, you can open up to the depths of what needs to be felt, shared, grieved, or celebrated. Without shame - without judgment because vulnerability is not a weakness. There's no pressure - just genuine connections with new potential friends. You're welcome to speak your truth or simply listen and take in.
Your facilitator, Elena Hansen founder of #MyCoachingLab (www.my-coachinglab.com/), will hold the space and support your emotions in the outing. It's not 'therapy', as such, but it can be very therapeutic, and my neutral presence will be a comforting figure.
Here's the Plan:
✔️Arrive between 10:45 - 11:00
?Grab a sandwich, coffee, or a drink at the cozy Bar upstairs, offering affordable snacks and drinks available all day.
?Follow the signs for the TV Room, and come downstairs using the round staircase.
?We'll close the door at 11:00 sharp.
?From 11:30 to 13:00, it's our time to meditate, journal, chat, feel, and support each other.
?We'll wrap up by sealing our conversations in mandatory confidentiality and giving feedback.
