We all live in a hectic dog-eat-dog world which places an unhealthy burden of stress on our already overworked minds and bodies. One way to relieve some of this stress is by practicing mindfulness through meditation.
With more than 300 delegates, our sessions will help you learn how to live a mindful life, learn how to meditate, Learn to Balance Work and Life and how to live a happy and peaceful life.
Theme: “Meditation for a Better Health Living”
Faced with new realities of working from home, temporary unemployment, home-schooling of children, and lack of physical contact with other family members, friends, and colleagues, it is important that we look after our mental, as well as our physical, health. The COVID-19 pandemic marks a turning point, moving mental health up the list of global health priorities. As countries struggle to rebuild their damaged economies, they must accept the reality of the financial toll of mental ill-health and invest wisely now.
Mindfulness Meditation for Mental Health Well-being Summit will bring together leaders and innovators who go the extra mile and implement complementary mental health tools to improve health care and treatments. Our Meditation Trainers come from different backgrounds, with one thing in common: the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
Starting a regular habit of meditation can help us to improve concentration, reduce stress & anxiety, alleviate depression, and generally improve our mental well being.
