From Zero to Shero in less than 2 weeks!!Both girls were teaching in heat from the beginning of their second week on the course, and last night they got to experience the real deal with our willing students who turned up to be a part of our trainees journey.
Our trainees literally got up there and taught their first student after just 7 days on the course. An amazing achievement and testament to the power of BIKRAM yoga and our brilliant community!
All sharing space, all sharing energy and all supporting each other - no matter who we are!
