In honor of the International day of Yoga on June 21, the Sacramento Center's Young Adults Group (YAG) is conducting Kirtan and Meditation, from 6-8 PM, at the Center. Everyone's invited to this YAG activity.
We use all traditional Indian instruments played by local devotees and perform Yogananda’s Cosmic Chants as well as other traditional Indian Bhajans.
Recognizing its universal appeal
December 11th 2014, the United Nations proclaimed June 21 as the International Day of Yoga by resolution. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, meditation and devotional chanting.
