Free pop-up yoga class at Gruene Hall!Doors: 9am
Class: 9:30-10:45am
Built in 1878, the iconic Gruene Hall has hosted the BEST in live music and will open its doors for a unique yoga experience on the International Day of Yoga, June 21st.
Class is one hour and fifteen minutes and is designed for adults. Children ages 12 and older are welcome to attend with their parent or guardian. Wear workout/exercise clothing, bring a yoga mat (and other personal props that make you comfortable) and a smile. It’s fun, challenging and connects you to a group of like-minded people interested in community, giving back and elevating the mind, body and spirit. All experience levels are invited to spend the morning with us.
RSVP is appreciated, but not required.
Please bring a yoga mat and water.
