In honor of the International Day of Peace on Saturday September 20th, the Sacramento Center is conducting a Kirtan and Meditation, from 6-8 PM, at the Center. Everyone's invited to participate.
We use all traditional Indian instruments played by local devotees and perform Yogananda’s Cosmic Chants as well as other traditional Indian Bhajans.
The International Day of Peace is for 'commemorating and strengthening the ideals of peace within and among all nations and peoples'. Put simply, it aims to build a more peaceful world for everyone who lives in it. Peace affects almost every aspect of our lives.
