The Roanoke monthly Dances of Universal Peace celebrate World Peace Day on Saturday, Sept. 20th at CommUNITY ARTSreach, 2750 Hoover St. NW, Roanoke VA 24017. 3pm - 6pmWe will be outdoors, so bring your family and friends and make the circle really big! EVENT: We will gather in a circle together moving with the Dances and Songs of Peace and Prayer from different languages and cultures. No experience is needed. We are gently led by circle facilitator, Rachel Theo Maurelli with live musicians. There will be a potluck following the dances, and time to share our different kinds of peace and justice work in community.
