International Coastal Cleanup

Join members from the community and different partners for our annual coastal cleanup with the Randall's Island Park Alliance and the Ocean Conservancy. With miles of rocky coastline, Randall's Island can always use a hand removing marine plastics and litter that gather between the rocks and in our marshes.

Meeting at Icahn Stadium volunteers will be sent to various places on the island to collect and record what they have removed from the island. Last year volunteers collected more than 500 lbs of litter and plastics permanently removing them from our water systems.
