We at Karibu Flow are very excited to announce our first "Animal Flow Jam" to celebrate International Animal Flow Day on August 30th at 10:30 AM at Schützenmattpark, 4054 Basel. We'll be training a Flow designed by Animal Flow founder Mike Fitch, then performing and recording it. This video will be sent to the official Animal Flow website for them to post on their social media (Instagram and Facebook). After the recording, we'll be enjoying snacks, drinks, and a conversation about what we love most at Karibu Flow: sports and a healthy mind.
Everyone is invited! This is a completely free event where you'll learn the basics of Animal Flow and perform your first big Flow.
