Join our intermediate-level course, where students will be guided by a teaching artist in monthly workshops. Upcoming sessions will explore the art of dot painting and upcycling.This class will focus on Recology – The Art of Upcycling. Students will view the exhibit and then collect materials from discarded or overlooked objects. Led by a teaching artist, each student will create their own upcycled sculpture, giving a second life to their pieces.
This class is specifically designed for children ages 9-15, to enhance their artistic interests and talents. It is for this reason that we kindly ask parents and siblings to wait outside of the classroom for the duration of the program.
