This Intermediate to Advanced slow Vinyasa class will focus on elevating your asana through the introduction of arm balances, inversions, stronger standing postures, and deep back bend work. Come prepared with a towel, water bottle, and enthusiasm. This is NOT a beginner level class. Knowledge of sun salutations, backends, and foundations of asana practice required.
