Learn lots of new interesting transitions in this class, whilst mastering early intermediate skills which we break down super clearly!
Some things to remember: don't moisturise the night before and take off all jewellery before class! You'll need to wear something that allows you to grip to the pole - either shorts/sports bra or grippy leggings. Bring some cosy clothes to warm up in and socks for class. It's also normal to acquire a couple of bruises in pole class - but it's all part of the fun!
