We have a warehouse full of home decor, lighting and some furnishings that we need to CLEAR OUT in order to make room for a new season!For 5 HOURS ONLY we are opening our studio to the public where we have moved 1,000 square feet of items from our warehouse to our studio.
These are items that we have collected over the past 5 years to style homes, "oopsie" orders brand new in-box, or pieces that have been in our showroom very lightly used as floor models.
We will also be offering in-studio specials on window shades, custom drapery, and custom upholstery.
All items must be picked up same-day and are FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE. No purchases in advance, so get there early!
CARD ONLY - Debit, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.
NO CASH will be accepted.
As most items are fragile, we ask that all children be accompanied by an adult and watched at all times.

F.A.Q.
1. Will you hold items for me? No. All items are first-come, first-serve with no holds.
2. Will you delivery the item? No. All pieces are to be picked up same-day.
3. Will you be running the sale again? That depends! Once what we have is gone, it's gone. If things sell through on this date, we will not be hosting another sale (our last one was 5 years ago!)
4. What types of things can I expect? We have hundreds of home decor items (vases, shelf decor, trays, baskets, throws, designer toss pillows, etc) at prices lower than what you can get at Homesense right now! We also have a few large bookcase cabinets, Hudson Valley Lighting sconces, lamps, custom upholstery, and more.
5. Will anything else be on sale? Yes! For those who come to visit, we are offering 20% off window shades and custom drapery as well as some other in-studio deals for the day. Simply book your window treatment measure in the studio to be eligible for discount.
6. What time should I arrive for the best deals? Everything is first-come first-serve and whatever doesn't sell we will NOT be marking down further at the end of the day, so we recommend getting there early.
7. What prices should I expect? Most items are marked down to LESS THAN WHAT WE PAID WHOLESALE! Home decor from $10 (regularly $30+). Custom furnishings from $350 (regularly $900+).
Our custom window shade program is very high quality and pricing depends on the style, fabric, and mechanism chosen. Our pricing is comparable to most window treatment vendors.
8. Can I bring photos of my home and get free design advice? We will not be providing free design advice, however, if you have a question regarding whether an item will go, we'll be happy to look at photos.
9. Where are you located? We are at 32 Queen St N in Tilbury. Parking is free on the street and side streets. Saturdays can get busy, so keep in mind that you may need to drive around the block 2 or 3 times to get a spot.
**Do not park in the funeral home parking lot as this is a private lot**
10. Can I return things if they don't work out? Because of the deep, deep discounts, all sales are final.
