Join Drum Power to learn the rhythms, movement, culture, and power of West African and Afro-Brazilian dance and drumming from renowned artists.
Classes are open and welcoming to all ages – no previous experience needed. Bring your friends!
Come learn from master drummers and dancers:

- West African drumming with Yorel Lashley and Mandjou Mara, 1–2:15 p.m.
- Afro-Brazilian drumming with the Handphibians, 2:30–3:45 p.m.
- Brazilian dance with Quenia Ribeiro, 4–5:30 p.m.
- West African dance with Idy Ciss, 6–7:30 p.m.
Individual classes cost $18. A full day pass is $60.
Register online by noon on August 3. Walk-in registrations are also welcome.
Attendance is free for youth who attended the two-week Drum Power Summer Arts Camp. They are encouraged to practice and share what they learned in a community celebration.
