What do you do when challenges and difficulties hit your faith? Come learn about valuable tools that can help you navigate through those complexities and come out with a deeper, rooted faith.

Living Your Faith: Leadership, Resiliance, and Community
Afsha Bawany, faculty advisor for Muslim Student Association
This talk will emphasize the principles of Islam regarding mindfulness, steadfastness, and tools for resiliance. We will hear from speakers who will share their personal narratives about individuals who have found strength through faith.
Interfaith Mini-Con: Where Scholarship Meets Connection takes place in the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art auditorium on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Attendance is free and everyone is welcome. Come for one session or stay for all three. The event is presented in partnership with UNLV Student Connection and Engagement.
