Join us at Mariandale on Saturday, September 13, from 10am - 2pm to gather for a book discussion; "The Amen Effect, Ancient Wisdom to Mend Our Broken Hearts and World" by Rabbi Sharon Braus.Rabbi Braus makes the case that the spiritual work of our time is to find our way to one another in celebration, in sorrow, and in solidarity. Come experience what is captured in the word Amen: "I See You. You Are Not Alone."
This day program includes lunch, and you are welcome to come early and stay late to walk the grounds, or just find a spot to sit and enjoy the view. Reading the book is encouraged but not required.
