This guided tasting features delicious craft chocolate with fruity or nutty (or both!) inclusions.
Red fruits like cherry and strawberry harmonize with citrus while all kinds of nuts are mixed into white, milk and dark varieties including cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans and macadamia nuts! I will be sharing some stories behind the bars and their makers while we taste through sweet and nutty samples.
Upon purchase you will receive access to the event page with the Zoom access information. The week of the event you will be shipped a chocolate tasting kit including 10 craft chocolate samples of white, milk and dark chocolate with fruit and/or nut inclusions.
We will then meet together over Zoom conferencing for a one hour guided tasting of the chocolate samples with Jessica answering all your questions throughout the tasting.
Chocolate samples are not repeated from previous classes.
Private group tasting experiences also available- please message me directly to schedule a curated tasting event for your group.

Tickets will remain available until the event to allow for local pickup.
The last day to purchase the kit for ensured delivery before class is 10 days before scheduled class
Chocolate kits will be shipped (within the US) the week before the scheduled class and are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Please contact me directly for international shipping.
Class size will be limited to 10.
Allergen warnings
Chocolate tasting kit will include both dark and milk chocolate therefore, some samples will contain milk products.
Most samples will contain nuts.
All samples were made in a facility that handles tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts and soy.
I am happy to make substitutions if you have a dietary restriction- just let me know!
A full ingredient list is included in your kit and is available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds must be made before chocolate tasting kit is shipped. Once the chocolate tasting kit has been shipped we cannot offer refunds. Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded.
The Zoom class cannot be rescheduled or recorded but tasting and pairing notes can be provided if you cannot attend.
