Intercultural Education Session

Please join us for this FREE, 2-hour session on Friday, November 15 from 10am-12pm at Startup Lloydminster (#4B 4010 50 Avenue, Lloydminster). This program has been made possible through funding from the Government of Alberta to address the estimated 100,000 workers our province is short this year, while building inclusivity within the Alberta workforce.

Session Objectives:

• Increase intercultural awareness among staff, clients, and community partners.
• Create a workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion.
• Reduce intercultural conflicts, fostering a harmonious environment and improved communication.
• Enhance staff retention, elevate performance, and ensure long-term sustainability.
