In this classic Walt Disney animation based on Rudyard Kipling's book, Mowgli, an abandoned child raised by wolves, has his peaceful existence threatened by the return of the man-eating tiger Shere Khan . Facing certain death, Mowgli must overcome his reluctance to leave his wolf family and return to the "man village." But he is not alone on his quest: Aided by Bagheera the panther, and later by the carefree bear Balloo, he braves the jungle's many perils.InterACTing Players is an innovative theatre program for people with special needs and/or exceptionalities. Classes, programs and productions focus on skill building techniques in acting and improv as well as incorporating stage based movement and music. Through the power of theater actors will often enhance their interpersonal skills, think freely, express ideas, build self-confidence, and socialize in a safe and welcoming studio.
Our “pilot” program began in 2022 & brought a creative outlet and much joy to our actors and their families and we are excited to keep expanding our program. We welcome adults 18 and older.
Individuals must be ambulatory and be able to take care of personal hygiene needs.
No experience necessary and the cost is $200. We meet every Thursday from 6:30-8PM.
