From discussing the importance of creating a supportive and loving environment to fostering emotional intelligence and promoting healthy coping mechanisms, we’ll reflect on how our own childhood experiences impact our ability to show up for our children ― and find healthy ways forward to parent without fear, guilt or judgement.
