What is Intentional Movement?
It is a combination of physical movements from
- kickboxing
- dance
- yoga
- spoken affirmations
All set to easy to move to music.
The class is 1 hour long. The class consists of warm up, setting the intention for the class, workout, cool down & stretch then ending with a group intention until the next class.
Instructor: Olivia Brothers
Olivia is a mother, wife, retired educator of 23+ years & entrepreneur. In 2018, Olivia began her journey of healing. While healing she know that she needed physical as well as emotional healing. She began her fitness journey taking kickboxing 2 to 3 times a day, lifting and cardio. While doing all of this she sometimes could not motivate herself all the time. So she started to listen to affirmation and saying them during her workouts. She was able to combine her love of positive though & physical movement. Thus bringing her into Intentional Movements.
