Each new year, begins with a new years resolution. One that we may follow for a while but eventually we lose sight of it. A new year shouldn't be the only time we try to intentionally work towards a goal. Intentional living is a daily practice. Its a conscious lifestyle choice that when we practice, it helps us to define our core values and beliefs. Intentional living takes us out of autopilot or "allowing life to happen to us" and lets us focus on what truly matters. It fosters greater happiness, authenticity and fuels your purpose. In this 4 week workshop learn: - the key principles of intentional living
- how to practice intentional living
- setting intentions
- practice mindfulness
- setting goals and establishing healthy habits
