In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, you and your partner are invited to explore a variety of meaningful practices designed to nurture trust, intimacy, and closeness.
What You Can Expect:
Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony – Sip on warm cacao to ground and open the heart space as we begin our journey together.
Authentic Relating – Engage in guided question prompts that encourage vulnerability, presence, and connection with your partner.
Eye Gazing Practice – Reconnect through the power of eye gazing, an exercise that encourages deep presence, by witnessing the other in silent non-judgement.
Mindful Touch – Learn how to nurture each other by exploring mindful touch, to cultivate deeper connection and presence.
Movement Practice – End the afternoon with a short, guided movement activity designed to bring flow and lightness to your relationship.
This is a non-sexual, heart-centered event. It’s an opportunity to explore emotional intimacy, trust, and communication, and to reconnect with your partner in a meaningful way.
