Intention Setting Sound Bath

Start the new year with clarity and calm in this New Year Intention Setting Soundbath. We’ll begin with a brief guided meditation followed by simple writing prompts to help you reflect, release, and focus your intention for the year ahead. From there, you’ll settle into a deeply relaxing soundbath designed to calm the nervous system and support integration. The sounds create space for your intention to gently land on a subconscious level. Leave feeling grounded, clear, and aligned as you step into the new year.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
