Join our in-house, certified yoga therapist and meditation guide, Jennifer Carrera, for an intention setting workshop. Through restorative yoga and journaling, we will identify and begin to release limiting beliefs and emotional roadblocks, working to find your heart’s deepest desire and create your personal intention for 2022. We will conclude with a guided yoga nidra meditation to bring the journaling work into your subconscious, to plant the seed of intention in your heart, beginning transcendence from within.
