Intention, Meditation and Fika with Alison Dunmar Saturday 27 dec, 12:30-15
What do you want to call into your life in 2026 ?
You will spend time clarifying your intentions for 2026 and start to map out concrete actions you can take to bring these to life in the coming 12 months.
To support the intention setting process we will combine the benefits of Reiki and Meditation Reiki is a Japanese healing technique which boosts the bodies own capabilities to heal. Meditation, being present, slowing down and bringing awareness to your thoughts. Together the practices calm the nervous system, enhance relaxation, reduce anxiety, stress, sharpen intuition and promote healing.
What does the workshop look like?
We will start with some breathing and slow stretches to land into the session. Clarifying your intentions for 2026 and begin the action planning process. You will be guided into the Reiki meditation which will continue for approximately 30 minutes After the meditation we will enjoy a fika together and those who wish to, can share their experience.
No previous experience of Yin Yoga or Reiki Healing is needed to join the course, just an open and curious mind.
