Intention Jar Workshop

Join us for a relaxed intention-setting workshop at Social Butterfly Coffee. This mindful gathering blends light journaling, conversation, and hands-on creation to help you get clear, grounded, and aligned.

We’ll begin with simple journaling prompts focused on intentions, release, and where you want to direct your energy. Then, you’ll create your own intention jar using herbs, crystal chips, charms, feathers, and a rolled intention paper. Jars are provided (approximately 3” tall and wide), and you’re welcome to bring small personal items to include.

This is a low-pressure, creative space - no experience needed. Come as you are, grab a drink and enjoy a meaningful hour of reflection.
