Roseta Plasencia nos trae su propuesta de movimiento con base de danza contemporánea e incursiones en pequeñas y accesibles acrobacias, equilibrios de manos y movimiento animal.
Train&Play es un fuerte entrenamiento físico para bailarines, artistas de circo, movers, artistas marciales e interesades en el movimiento. Abierto a todos los niveles.
El trabajo está enfocado como un entrenamiento para el movimiento, que ofrece herramientas para explorar nuestras capacidades y limitaciones, relacionarnos con el espacio, nuestros compañeros y el suelo, de forma lúdica, en búsqueda de nuevos recorridos.
- NIVEL INTERMEDIO / AVANZADO de diferentes disciplinas. NIVEL BÁSICO también si viene con mucha motivación
- Cuándo y horario:
=> Sábado 24 y domingo 25 de diciembre, de 10:00 a 15:00 horas.
=> Total de 10 horas de clase. Espacio disponible a partir de las 9:30.
=> ¿DÓNDE? Espacio de 225 m2 con pista de baile profesional. Área Dansa: Carrer de Ca l'Alegre de Dalt, 55, Barcelona.
A QUIÉN NOS DIRIGIMOS: Dirigido a profesionales y aficionados de disciplinas artísticas como bailarines y acróbatas de cualquier nivel con experiencia en danza contemporánea, hip hop, artes marciales, capoeira, teatro, circo, practicantes de yoga. "Movers" con motivación para aprender nuevas formas de moverse.

SOBRE ROSETA PLASENCIA
Creadora escénica, artista multidisciplinar y pedagoga.
En la actualidad co-dirige la compañía @fildarena y el centro de formación en Artes Circenses Creat @creat_circ en la ciudad de Valencia.
Forma parte de @femmes_de_crobatie colectivo internacional de mujeres que investigan sobre la Acrodanza.
Viaja con sus talleres de Movimiento Train&Play a nivel nacional e internacional.
Realiza acompañamientos como coreógrafa a compañías de artes escénicas y trabaja como intérprete en proyectos de danza, teatro y circo. https://rosetaplasencia.com
A nivel formativo es Licenciada en Técnicas de Interpretación y Coreógrafa de la Danza Contemporánea por el Real Conservatorio de Amberes y el Conservatorio Superior de Danza de Valencia.
Diplomada en Arte Dramático en el ‘Estudio Dramático’ de Valencia, recibió formación no reglada en artes circenses en España y Bélgica, especializándose en trapecio fijo.

Intensive Train&Play with Roseta Plasencia

Roseta Plasencia brings us her structured contemporary dance movement proposal with incursions in acrobatics, hand-stands and animal movement.
Train&Play is a strong physical training for dancers, circus artist, movers, marcial artist and all interested in movement. Opened to all levels. The work is focus on movement tools to discover new paths in our body and our way of moving, go over our limitations, and relate with the space, our partners, and the floor, in a playful way, from different approaches.
Train&Play is CONTEMPORARY DANCE proposal based on a strong physical training for dancers, circus artist, movers, marcial artist and all interested in movement. Opened to all levels. The work is focus on movement tools to discover new paths in our body and our way of moving, go over our limitations, and relate with the space, our partners, and the floor, in a playful way, from different approaches. We will work on the relation with the floor, the entrances and the exits, the receptions, the softness and the integration of soft microbatics in the movement sequence, avoiding preparation or anticipation, the unbalance as a motor of movement, the handstands as a suspension of the center, the fluidity in the change of plane, the combination of qualities, the rhythm and the musicality of the movement it self.
We will work on versions of hand stands, cartwheels, headstands, tricks, front and back rolls, jumps, kicks, spirals, floor landslides, ways to get in and out of the ground in a organic, fluid, effortless way.
All the individual movements we practice and learned, will be after organised in phrases of movement in a choreographic way, from shorter to longer sequences. Attending here to the expression, the transitions, the qualities, dynamics, and details.
Recommended clothing: long pants and long-sleeved shirt.
- INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED LEVEL of different disciplines. BASIC LEVEL also if coming with strong motivation
- When and schedule:
=> Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of December, from 10:00 to 15:00.
=> Total of 10 hours of class. Space available from 9:30.

ABOUT ROSETA PLASENCIA
Stage creator, multidisciplinary artist and educator.
She currently co-directs the company @fildarena and the Circus Arts training center Creat @creat_circ in the city of Valencia.
She is part of the @femmes_de_crobatie international collective of women who investigate Acrodance.
She travels with her Train & Play Movement workshops nationally and internationally.
She accompanies performing arts companies as a choreographer and works as an interpreter in dance, theater and circus projects. https://rosetaplasencia.com
At the educational level, she has a degree in Interpretation Techniques and Contemporary Dance Choreographer from the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp and the Superior Dance Conservatory of Valencia.
She graduated in Dramatic Art at the 'Estudio Dramático' in Valencia, she received non-regulated training in circus arts in Spain and Belgium, specializing in fixed trapeze.

If by reason, beyond the control of either party, the workshop set out above is cancelled, exclusively for reasons attributable to the organization, it is the obligation of the organization to repay the entire amount paid for participation.
