The Intensive Journal method developed by Ira Progoff combines keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.
The Intensive JournalĀ® Program can help you to:
Gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence
Work out career directions and major decisions
Live more authentically, connected to your deepest values and aspirations
Develop skills and practices to reflect on all aspects of your life
No previous journal writing experience is required to participate in this workshop.
Cost: $180 or $160 for Eremos and Wellspring Centre members.
Early bird discount of $20 off all bookings made by 25 August. Please book promptly as this workshop requires a minimum number to proceed. Book by 7 September.
$20 discount for previous participants who have the Intensive Journal workbook or people who have attended an Introductory workshop in the past 12 months.
