The workshop times are 9:30am - 5.00pm Friday and Saturday 3 - 4 May.


What would you like your life to be?


The Intensive Journal method developed by Ira Progoff combines keeping a journal, with a structured format that enables you to get to know the inner core of your life on an ever-deeper level. It empowers you to gain a fuller perspective of your life and unlock hidden creative potential.


The Intensive JournalĀ® Program can help you to:


- Gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence

- Work out career directions and major decisions

- Live more authentically, connected to your deepest values and aspirations

- Develop skills and practices to reflect on all aspects of your life


No previous journal writing experience is required to participate in this workshop.


Cost: $180 or $160 for Eremos members and Friends of the Effective Living Centre, or $160/ $140 Early bird: booked by 5th April.


$20 discount for participants who have attended an Introductory workshop or a Life Context workshop previously.


Workshop materials and morning and afternoon tea are provided. Please bring your lunch and a 3 ring binder.
