Hoop workshops:
11am Photoshoot Moves
This is all about looking stunning on hoop with minimal effort! We’ll spend a lot of time looking at core positions that can be modified to work with different outfits or angles but still look really good. We’ll also cover how to fake your flexibility and strength by exploring alternative entries and positions in moves. Intermediate Level is ideal, but there will be lots of options for beginners who have done a fair few classes.
12.15pm Bendy shapes made Reasonable
In this workshop we will look further into moves that can fake your flexibility but also help you gain an understanding of engagement in such shapes. We’ll also look into traditionally bendy shapes like Russian Split, Bui Bui Bend and Bird of Paradise and discuss how to make them more achievable with correct technique, regressions for them and associated conditioning. Pre-Reqs: Can get to the top bar unassisted and have at least Lower Intermediate competency in Hoop.

Pole workshops:
2pm Spinny Pole
Spin, spin, baby! In this workshop we will be using circus technique to explain the theory of spinning on pole in the most efficient way possible. I will teach you different ways to spin, how to maintain the spin and how to best get upside down on spin. We’ll also cover moves that we can only realistically do on spin and moves that look simply amazing when spinning through the air! Pre-reqs: Solid inside and outside leg hang, all basic spins.
3.15pm Workable Splits and Shapes
Jade Split not flat? Brass Bridge looking uneasy? Worry not! In this workshop we’ll look at how to fake certain bendy positions, understand how to make them more comfortable and provide alternatives that look as good. Fake it till you make it! There are loads of really bendy shapes that we have as goal moves like Spatchcock, Bird of Paradise and Bui Bui Bend, but here I will talk about regressions and alternatives that make the journey to managing these moves safer and more realistic. Pre-reqs: Solid inside and outside leg hang, all basic spins.
Each workshop is £75 minutes and is £36 or £65 for both
The whole day if you're a hooper AND a poler it's £130 as before
