About this Event
This two-day intensive cross examination program will work with lawyers of all skill levels to learn:
- building a good cross examination
- sourcing your cross examination
- dealing with objections
- executing a storytelling cross examination
- dealing with a difficult witness
This program is being offered at the Comfort Inn in Lansing, Michigan on Friday, November 8, 2024 and Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 9:00am to 6:00pm each day.

Participants will earn 16 hours of CLE credit for participation in the full program, and the program will satisfy the skills training requirements of Standard 1. You must attend the entire program in order to receive CLE credits.
To be eligible for participation in the program, you must be a licensed attorney representing indigent defendants within the State of Michigan, or an employee of a public defender office awaiting bar results. You must plan to participate in the entire two-day program.
This program is limited to 12 participants. A waitlist will be compiled once the program is full.
