Workshop Objectives:

• Participants will learn and practice strategies for holding an anti-racist space using the principles of our HEARTspeakⓇ Facilitators of Anti-Racist Change.
• Participants will understand their role as an anti-racist facilitator and practice techniques to help them navigate their own discomfort.
• Participants will learn how to recognize harm and respond to various tensions that emerge among participants.
• Participants will receive affinity-centered support to help them leverage their facilitation skills.
