Sequencing a class can be the difference between a good class and a transformative class. Crafting purposeful yoga experiences through Intelligent Sequencing will elevate your yoga classes and workshops for your students as you guide them on their journey to well-being.
This will be a dynamic and hands-on class into the heart of yoga sequencing and is appropriate for both aspiring and experienced yoga instructors, offering a deep dive into the principles of skillful sequencing that foster alignment, flow, and mindfulness.

The Art of Sequencing: Understand the anatomy of a class and how to harness it into a productive and skillful session for your students. Use your knowledge of yoga’s movement and human anatomy to create sequences that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Learn how to prevent injuries and cater to different body types and skill levels.
Intelligent Progression: Explore the progression of sequences from foundational postures to more advanced poses. Discover how to build sequences that challenge and inspire, while always keeping safety and utility at the forefront.
Finding Your Authentic Voice: It’s not about memorizing cues or repeating what you’ve heard but rather deeply connecting to your own practice and weaving meaningful themes into your sequences and workshops, offering students a deeper connection to their practice both physically and spiritually.
Creative Workshop Design: Extend your skills beyond classes and into workshops. Learn how to structure focused workshops that expand into specific aspects of yoga, providing students with a more comprehensive understanding.
Hands On Practice: Put theory into practice with sequencing sessions and workshop creation exercises. Receive valuable feedback from experienced instructors and peers.
