I N T E G R A T I O N In Nikkilä Temple

We are thrilled to invite you to start 2025 - a year of planetary initiation - with this initiatory Journey in Nikkilä Temple!
The immersion will be dedicated to growth and emergence through the integration of the Soul and Personality vehicles.
Lightning is a central symbol for awakening. It has played a source role in the early days of the Earth, offering nitrogen to the living world's blossoming. Lightning initiates.
As we head towards a planetary one, a central question is then : are we heading to the lightning with a prepared, tender, alive Soil? Ready to be seeded with the source code of a golden age?
Will our sheaths crisp or open?
Will we contract or surrender?
Our grief, forgiveness, letting go and be, our tenderness can make a world of difference.
After centuries of ascending path, we may have lost track of the other polarity of the same primordial Cosmic Serpent, the Dragon. We may struggle to unite and balance the spiritual and the earthly, and release a deeper octave of fullness, love and freedom.

Polarity work bringing the right tension for the journey to truly be initiatory.
One axe we’ll work with is Bliss & Grief,
for our grief, our being cracked open by Love, is the doorway to our, transpersonal and planetary Integration.
During our time together we'll alternate
- meditative practices,
- shadow work,
- embodiment,
- different maps, constellations and crosses,
- dropping into the void,
- land journeys,
- movement & dance,
- tantric work, and much more.

TEAM
I N T E G R A T I O N relies on a triad with complementary backgrounds and expertises, bound together by Love and symbiosis : Jaakko Huokkola, Laura Freya Sillanpää and Olivier Ciais.
The 3 of them are core members of Earth In Transition and I3, a collective of Souls cocreating offerings adapted to our times challenges and initiations (Core principles at the end).
L A U R A
I am a free-spirited soul that walks in a woman’s body in this lifetime. I am a fierce priestress of sweatty bodies and flaming hearts. I am a powerful knight with Love as my shield and Power as my sword. I am a herbal witch, a Lover, a mother, a lioness, a knight and a queen, a distilled soul and yet nothing but and all of pure Spirit.
I am also an artist, a writer and a deep lover of conscious movement and dance. I am a certified kundalini yoga teacher with a 20+ years of meditation practise (Vipassana and others), a ritualist and an explorer of Life and its never-ending mysteries.
I find comfort and strength in my connection with nature and the elements. I vibrate with the land, and I vibrate with the core of the Earth. I have worked eg. with Taki’h, Jon Eden Khan, Celeste, Janine Ma-Rae and Bruce Lyon.
I work with shamanism, plant medicine, magic, drumming, tantric practices and art-based methods. Since 2019 I organize and co-lead in Finland a tantric and shamanistic festival - with spirit at its core - Elos Fest. I am actively involved in bringing temple culture and vivid temples alive in bodies and on different lands, bringing spirit into matter and matter into spirit, sounding the notes of Power, Love and Ultimate Freedom on the way.
I invite you to join me in this exploration of what it means to be a human, a soul in a body with a note of spirit at its core, in these crazy, amazing times we live.

I am: Fierce warrior of love with the Power of the One Life at my core. I soar into heights of meditation and drop deep into the Earth and matter to embody the beautiful animal we are and to land the coming civilization Now.
I want to create spaces and places for souls to light up, open up, descend down into bodies and matter and soar into heights of subtle realms and freedom. I live to be of service to the one humanity. I have founded ecstatic dance at Turku, founded and co-lead Elos Fest - a festival focussing on souls coming online and being touched by spirit. I hold the 1st Ray pillar for Nikkilä temple and am a pillar for Saint Claude temple in France as well as being in the seed circle for Earth in Transition.
I work with conscious dance, yoga, tantra, shamanism and martial arts as well as meditation, energetic work, rituals, shadow work and mystery schools.
I invite you to this journey with us to live the life you want to live.
O L I V I E R
Should I need to put “what I am” into words, I'd say : an arrow of Love inhabited by a will to evolve and to support evolution wherever needed.
I resonate primarily with applied spirituality : that which meets the needs of the world and reveals Heaven.
With initiatory Arts: the indescribable Presence circulating in a group that Gnows what, who, how to activate, reveal, dilate.
With integral ecology: that which does not bypass any of our parts or layers but let us inhabit "all the rooms of our House", as a Tibetan proverb says.
Tibet, the scent of the Alpine and Himalayan mountains, Nature, Kosmos, the subtle harmony that connects the Great Whole through Beauty, Force, nameless Poetry, are my Sources of inspiration. I feel committed to creating and transmitting “open-source” tools: take them or leave them, adapt them, make them yours !
My path has crossed from very early exoteric and esoteric Christianity, Sufism and Vedic traditions, yet it’s essentially through Tibetan, Vajrayana Buddhism, Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga and the Yoga of Synthesis as pervading the works of Helena Blavatsky, Nicholas and Helena Roerich, Alice Bailey and, for the last decade, Bruce Lyon that I felt “Home”.
With the latter, I graduated from The Temple Training (2020) and Teachings Of The Temple (2023).
I spent a good part of this life asserting the view of interdependence, the Beauty of Nature, Kosmos, through Music, scientific (astrophysics/cosmology) study and transmissions, and facilitating from primary to permaculture schools to transformative spaces.
Also diving into action as a local leader for climate, permaculture and transition movements and soul-based education including as a father.
I’m committed to live from the Heart : an uncompromising Yes to Life, to all its hues, to its whole magnitude, bringing down the barriers around the core. A bold, relentless and fierce Love which, as the Mercury Transmissions put it, is "where Life lives and propagates Itself".

OUR CORE PRINCIPLES
>EXPERIENTIAL : words, consciousness forms, are tremendous vehicles, yet limited in their ability to help us grab the infinity of Life. Experience is then our central vehicle for Integration, Initiation and Identification. I3 doesn’t impart a truth but invites our own unique way of remembrance and awakening.
>INITIATORY : as Max Planck demonstrated, evolution is incremental. Buddhists call this “gradual awakening”. I3 is there to facilitate one’s and our collective process of unfolding as Who we essentially are. It is a focused and appropriately intense work, adapted to each group, putting us in touch with our next important steps of self-initiation.
>CARE-FULL : intense work and containers require intensive attention for each' experience and integration. For everyone’s threshold and boundaries. A sensitive and pro-active groupfield of Love is the medium in which we’ll be journeying.
>NON-DUAL, NON-DOGMATIC, NON-IDOLISTIC : we’re not there to indicate what’s “good” or “bad”, to generate fears, dogma or doctrine, nor to rely on idolatry, transactional rituals or bigotry.
>LIFE-CENTRED : although an essential aspect of our being, Consciousness is correspondant to what the visible or audible spectrums are to light and sound. Therefore we aim at a core-to-core container fostering and listening to LIFE, attuning our responsivity to It and whenever possible supporting our identification with It. We place Life at the core of our existence as a group - none of the facilitators is THE central Force, we are a collective favouring dynamic leadership, teaming up in inspiration and cocreation to support our collective awakening.
>BLISS IS THE MARKER : “the Temple is not for the long-faced” Osho. Alive, blissful, dynamic and enlivening containers are what we aim at cocreating and tending as a groupfield. Our response-ability to grab the best of the journey dances with a sense of 'All is there'. Our grace, joy, sense of humour and playfulness are markers for the depth of our work, and as such are deeply honoured.
