Join us for this special workshop where we’ll explore connection through mind, body, and breath. For those attending in person, we’ll include the added possibilities of partner work to deepen awareness and support – and for those joining online (and really, for all of us!), I’ll offer suggestions for props and simple modifications to help you go deeper, even when there’s no one handy to assist.We’ll also dive into the Yoga Sutras and chat about the Yamas — focusing on Ahimsa (non-violence), Satya (truthfulness), and Aparigraha (non-possessiveness) — to help lay a steady foundation for your practice and daily life.
It’s a nourishing blend of movement, mindfulness, and community — wherever you are.

Who is this for?
This workshop is an excellent opportunity for students eager to deepen their practice. We recommend having at least six months of experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
