Learn how to bring somatic principles into your movement classes to create a deeper, more connected experience for your students.
This 4-hour professional workshop is designed for movement teachers—yoga, Pilates, barre, dance, or fitness—who want to integrate somatic awareness in practical and accessible ways. By weaving somatics into your teaching, you can help students move beyond just “doing the exercise” and into a space of embodied, mindful movement.
You’ll learn how to:
Use internal awareness cues to help students connect to their bodies
Layer somatic elements into your current teaching style
Refine your language and presence to create a safe, supportive space
Support students more wholly—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
