Namaste 🙏Once again we gather for the Practice and Education of Integrated Somatic Yoga Therapy - a mixture of Somatic Yoga, Pilates and Hatha Yoga where we 'Release to Increase'. We release the tension from our muscles, connective tissue and our Minds, then we are able to increase the strength and durability of the Mind and Body 🌿
Somatics goes deeper, this is a different kind of Fitness - a natural fitness working with the rhythms of the Body and Nervous System as a way to reconnect and change 🌿
The layered experience I offer you is open to anyone and everyone experiencing physical and/or emotional stress, tension, or anxiety, something we hold onto in our body's tissue, the same as injury or illness. Somatics is kind in nature and truly effective in reality, the challenge here is to 'slow down and be present' 🌿
We have fun working with balls, bands and magic circles, the practice is planned around those that attend so get intouch today and chat with me about your wants and needs guarenteeing there will be exercises and movements in plan specifially for you 🌿
