The Shire of Capel is inviting community feedback on the Integrated Growth Framework and Plan (IGFP) — a key project shaping how our towns will grow while protecting the unique character, culture and environment that make our region special.Everyone is invited to come along to these drop-in sessions and provide feedback on the IGFP.
The sessions will provide an opportunity for members of the community to see the IGFP, discuss it with Shire staff and provide comments and feedback:
• Draft Integrated Vision Framework
• Draft Masterplan Concepts (Boyanup, Capel, Dalyellup, Peppermint Grove Beach and Gelorup)
• Draft Place Design Guide
Join us at:
• 27 November 6:00 pm - Capel Community Hall, Capel
• 4 December 6:00 pm - Hugh Kilpatrick Memorial Hall, Boyanup
• 7 December 3:00 pm - Dalyellup Jingle and Mingle
Your feedback will ensure local insights and place-specific factors are captured and reflected in the Integrated Growth Framework Plan.
The IGFP was endorsed at the 24 September 2025 Ordinary Council Meeting for 60 days of public consultation and will be open for comment until the 19th January 2026.
