A guided breathwork and meditation session by Holistic J who is a qualified meditation teacher and a qualified breathwork teacher through Yoga Alliance. A journey of techniques to calm the mind and the body and enjoy the gift of the present moment stillness and inner peace.
Elemental Dance Journey - BODY
A journey of dance by Star incorporating the elements. You will be taken on a guided dancing journey through the 'elements' of Earth, Fire Water, Air, and Spirit. There's something special about connecting with the elements through dance and expression that nourishes the body and soul - it is profound, simple, natural, and "Elemental"! Star has many years of experience with different dance modalities like 5Rhythms, Biodanza and has trained in Ecstatic Awakening Dance EAD. She now brings something new and refreshing with her Elemental Dance journey.
Rose Ceremony - HEART
A beautiful rose healing ceremony by Star, to connect to our heart, unconditional love, and divine feminine energy. Through a beautiful ceremony, we will tap into the pink rose ray energy and be activated into a deeper experience of unconditional love. We will mindfully connect to the power and feel of the pink rose, and everything she offers. Please bring a pen, journal, notebook, paper. Roses will be provided.

Ecstatic Dance – 432hz*
A professional DJ will play Ecstatic Dance at the healing frequency of "432hz" which is linked to Mozart, Greek, Egyptian, and Tibetan culture. This frequency is known as a harmonious miracle tone which is calming, grounding, improves focus, clarity, creativity, inspiration, immune system, better sleep, energy levels, self-care, and emotional connection. It also inspires and encourages the transcending of the ego, oneness, love, harmony, and compassion. It is note A so linked to the Third Eye chakra, insight, intuition, meditation, wisdom, spiritual connection, and expands our consciousness. It is also said to be linked to the root, heart, and solar plexus chakras. 432 Hz corresponds to the natural frequency of the Earth's vibrations. Healing House Music – 528hz*
A professional DJ will play Healing House music at the healing frequency of "528hz" which is linked to the famous song Imagine by John Lennon and the Heart chakra. This solfeggio tone or miracle tone is known for transformation, love, and DNA repair. And is also calming, manifests love and harmony, soothes emotions, improves relationships, and enhances awareness. This frequency encourages us to restore human consciousness to its full power and potential. 528Hz resonates at the heart of the Sun (recorded by NASA scientists) so is also linked to Solar Plexus chakra energy. Sunbeams, the rainbow, flowers, grass, and even the buzzing of bees vibrate at 528Hz. Nature in balance vibrates at 528Hz. This is the frequency of life itself. In ancient times priests used this 528hz frequency to impart blessings and miracles. It is a high C note, so also linked to the Soul Star chakra assisting you to connect to, balance, and awaken your divine masculine energy.

This is just a complimentary alternative therapy using sound, vibration, and frequency - similar to soundbaths and soundhealing.
**Cacao Contraindications
Generally, cacao is safe and for my ceremonies, I only use a small dose of 25g per serving for journeying and meditation, and a higher ceremonial dose of up to 42g for dance events.
Some people may develop a headache or nausea, particularly at higher doses of over 25g, in part because cacao can be dehydrating. Drinking plenty of water will help.
Anti-depressants
Certain anti-depressants are worth extra consideration. MAOI based anti-depressants are contraindicated with the tyramine in chocolate.
There has been some concern with larger doses of cacao and SSRI type anti-depressants, because of the MAOI’s in cacao, specifically, tryptophan. Lower doses of cacao like 25g and less regularly are more likely to be tolerated without issue.
Usually, patients taking relevant meds will have been given specific advice on foods to avoid or limit.
Heart conditions or blood pressure challenges
The theobromine in cacao can increase heart rate significantly and is a vasodilator, lowering blood pressure. If you have such a condition, consider consulting a physician and certainly go lighter on amounts.
Water retention medication
It should be noted at this point as something to be aware of. Cacao can act to dehydrate the body and so this can interact with water retention medications. Start with a lower dose of perhaps 10g and carefully observe how it affects you.
Sensible advice for everyone when consuming cacao is to keep hydrated.
Pregnancy & breastfeeding
Like coffee or tea, it is important to reduce the intake of stimulating foods. The theobromine in cacao, which is similar to caffeine, has a stimulating effect although much milder than caffeine. A lower dosage or 10-25g is suggested.
