Join us for IN(Tea)Grate, a two-part immersion designed to help you decompress and settle back into yourself.We start by submerging into a deep-frequency sound bath. Using crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, we’ll work to clear the mental clutter and drop into a state of pure, physical relaxation.
Once we’ve found our center, we gently transition into a warm tea circle.
No rushing back to the "real world" or the parking lot immediately—just intentional conversation and artisanal tea.
This is our time to "land" together, share reflections from the session, and enjoy a moment of genuine human connection.
