Note: This event is hosted by StrongFirst Germany but open to StrongFirst Certified Instructors from every country.
Our School of Strength keeps advancing and "Keeping the Blade Sharp” is a hallmark of a Student of Strength.
StrongFirst Certified Instructors always works on refining their lifting, teaching and coaching skills as well as their knowledge on programming and it's application.
This takes dedication and effort - this is why this day is for you!
We will cover updates in our curriculum, new teaching progressions, as well as different programming topics.
