About this Event
The Board of Directors and Institute 193 staff invite you to an intimate three-course dinner among friends, where we’ll celebrate the vision and voices of Southern artists and share the launch of Institute 193’s endowment campaign—a bold step toward deepening our impact and ensuring that the stories of this region continue to be told.
Since our founding in 2009, Institute 193 has held an annual dinner to gather friends, artists, writers, musicians, and supporters from across the region in Lexington to ensure the future of our collective work. That tradition got sidelined by the pandemic, replaced by a series of both physical and online iterations of the annual event. While those creative solutions produced some surprising and encouraging results, we feel that now, more than ever, it is time to gather in person for an evening of celebration and with an eye to the future.
Fifteen years is an eternity in the lifespan of a small arts non-profit, but it is clear to us that we have much more work to do with your participation and guidance.
Our annual dinner is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow art enthusiasts, enjoy a beautiful venue, and support Southern artists. Get ready for an evening filled with laughter, conversations, and memories that will last a lifetime. Don't miss out on this special event!
