Come slurp with us as we take a joyful deep dive into a pantry staple: Instant ramen. Inspired by Peter J. Kim’s new book on the subject, we’ll break down instant ramen’s innovative invention, explore its historical context, and share how to get creative with any packet to make it your own.
Learn the basics of the big four: Classic Shio Ramen, Tokyo-style Shoyu Ramen, Sapporo Style Butter Miso Ramen, and Fukuoka-Style Tonkotsu Ramen. Cook (and eat!) Mac ‘n Cheese Ramen. Learn the secrets to customize your own nourishing, delicious, and soul-satisfying meals by creating your own ramen masterpieces.
